I just had an issue after downloading "Ground Breaking". I downloaded the update and launched it normally through steam. I played until I closed it and the next time i tried opening it, steam was stuck in a Validate/Update/Install loop with War Thunder. I did most of the things I could such as clearing download cache but I don't know what else. Or add War Thunder directory to the exception list of the antivirus program.
