Torrent speeds capping at 10 MiB/S. I've noticed all my torrent downloads cap at 10 MiB (Mebibytes) per second. My ISP provisions me at mb (megabits) per second which means I can reach up to 24 MiB/sec. Now to preface this, I know the problem for a fact is the computer, i'm just not sure how.
