Torrent still downloading when paused

Whatever torrent app i download is failling because there's a "virus detected". The only app i can install is uTorrent Web, but it doesn't download anything. I'm assuming it's a windows update because i didn't have any problems around 6 month ago. I'm not using torrents much, only for certain shows i can't watch in my region. As Fengtastic says it might actually be downloaded, try playing it, or if it has the.!ut extension you can drag and drop it into a media player and it could play. Slow torrent downloads are commonly caused by a few factors. Some are under your control (router issues, port forwarding, and misconfigured settings in your torrent client (uTorrent, QBittorrent etc). Other causes, like blocking or throttling by your ISP aren’t easily fixed by tweaking settings.
